• Lead the implementation of Medicaid Management Information System modules and components from start to finish, defining schedule, scope, budget, implementation plan, and risk mitigation
• Coordinate with vendors and project managers via a master schedule and governance to monitor risks, schedule, and deliverables
• Ensure end product meets requirements and deliverables for the EDW
• Coordinate resources across multiple vendors and state teams through planning, go-live, and certification
• Analyze project progress and adapt as needed
• Maintain relationships and provide updates to stakeholders as required
• Present project progress to department executives and legislative bodies
