Job summary

Tech Army, LLC is seeking a PMP-certified IT Project Manager to lead a statewide EHR and Medicaid billing implementation for School-Based Services. You will coordinate stakeholders and the implementation vendor to deliver project outcomes within scope, schedule, budget, and quality expectations.

Responsibilities include maintaining schedules, reporting, budgeting, vendor coordination, stakeholder meetings, backlog grooming, and change control.

Qualifications

• PMP certification and HIPAA training.
• Demonstrated IT project management experience with ownership of schedules, budgets, risks, changes, and deliverables.
• Ability to work within a formal PMO governance framework and hybrid lifecycle incorporating Agile practices.
• Strong organizational, stakeholder management, and written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with the project’s tools: Azure DevOps, Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, Visio, and project management repositories.

Responsibilities

• Maintain project schedules, dependencies, milestones, resource assignments, and weekly implementation updates.
• Produce weekly status reports and maintain risk, issue, decision, and action logs.
• Track budgets and actual expenditures.
• Coordinate implementation vendor activities and support procurement processes.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings, backlog grooming, release planning, and change reviews.
• Manage formal change requests and implementation deliverable acceptance.
• Maintain project documentation and complete lessons learned and closeout reporting.
