vTech Solution seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end MMIS module implementations, overseeing scope, schedule, budget, and risk. The role requires coordinating with multiple vendors and state teams to ensure successful delivery, certification, and stakeholder engagement within healthcare and state government contexts.

The ideal candidate will manage complex relationships, drive requirements gathering, and guide data conversion and change management initiatives across planning,

Competenze

• Minimum 5 years of project management experience in technology projects within healthcare or state government.
• Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage deadlines and critical project paths effectively.
• Experience gathering requirements and prioritizing data aggregation, analytics, and report development.
• Proactive issue identification and resolution in collaboration with management.
• Experience with system and data conversion from legacy to new systems.
• Experience in change management including training and communication for smooth system rollouts.

Mansioni

• Develop and maintain project schedules, scope, budgets, and risk mitigation plans.
• Coordinate with vendors and project managers through a master schedule and governance framework.
• Monitor risks, schedules, and deliverables to ensure compliance with requirements.
• Manage resources across multiple vendors and state teams during planning, implementation, go-live, and certification phases.
• Analyze project progress and adapt plans as necessary to meet objectives.
• Establish and maintain relationships with stakeholders and provide regular updates.
• Present project status and progress to department executives and legislative bodies.
