Job summary

Tech Army, LLC is seeking a PMP-certified IT Project Manager to lead a statewide EHR and Medicaid billing implementation for School-Based Services. You will coordinate stakeholders and the implementation vendor to deliver project outcomes within scope, schedule, budget, and quality expectations.

Responsibilities include maintaining schedules, reporting, budgeting, vendor coordination, stakeholder meetings, backlog grooming, and change control.

Qualifications

• PMP certification and HIPAA training.
• Demonstrated IT project management experience with ownership of schedules, budgets, risks, changes, and deliverables.
• Ability to work within a formal PMO governance framework and hybrid lifecycle incorporating Agile practices.
• Strong organizational, stakeholder management, and written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with the project’s tools: Azure DevOps, Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, Visio, and project management repositories.

• Manage formal change requests and implementation deliverable acceptance.
• Maintain project documentation and complete lessons learned and closeout reporting.

About the role:

We are seeking a PMP-certified IT Project Manager to support our customer's statewide electronic health record and Medicaid billing implementation for its School-Based Services Program. You will coordinate stakeholders and the implementation vendor to deliver project outcomes within scope, schedule, budget, and quality expectations.
