VIVA USA Inc in Boise, Idaho, seeks a senior project manager to lead the implementation of the Medicaid Management Information System modules from start to finish.

You will coordinate with vendors, manage schedule, scope, budget, and risk, ensure EDW deliverables, and report progress to executives.

Hybrid work arrangement; candidates with state government health care experience preferred.

Competenze

• 5+ years project management experience in technology projects in health care or state government.
• Experience working with state agencies.
• Experience with change management, organizing training, and communication to ensure a smooth roll-out of new systems and processes.
• Experience with system and data conversion from legacy systems to new systems.
• Experience with state Medicaid agencies.

Mansioni

• Lead the implementation of Medicaid Management Information System modules and components from start to finish, identifying schedule, scope, budget, implementation plan, and risk mitigation.
• Coordinate with all vendors and project managers via a master schedule and project governance to monitor risks, schedule, and deliverables.
• Ensure end product meets requirements and deliverables for the EDW.
• Coordinate resources across multiple vendors and client teams through planning, implementation, go-live, and certification.
• Analyze project progress and adapt when necessary.
• Establish and maintain relationships and provide updates to appropriate audiences as needed.
• Present to client executives and legislative body on project progress.
