Job summary

The Senior Case Coordinator in Dispute Resolution Mediation at FINRA supports and executes all phases of the mediation process, including soliciting parties, mediator selection, scheduling, and case disposition. This role requires independent prioritization and the ability to handle complex matters under moderate supervision.

Qualifications

• High School diploma and five years of related experience; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Excellent organizational, written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with mediation or dispute-resolution processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and keep docketed mediation cases current.
• Input case notes and session dates into case processing system.
• Generate mediator lists and Mediation Submission Agreements.
• Coordinate case scheduling with mediators, parties, and staff.
