Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking an Enterprise Account Engineer focused on media delivery for high-value video workloads. You will partner with customers to optimize, secure, operate, and scale streaming workflows, coordinating across origination, delivery, CDN, and security teams.

In this customer-facing role, you’ll translate business needs into technical guidance, drive well-architected solutions, mentor teams, and help customers achieve operational reliability during live events.

Qualifications

5+ years of design/implementation/operations/consulting with distributed applications experience.
5+ years of technical engineering experience.
Bachelor's degree in a related field.

Responsibilities

As the primary technical point of contact for high-value media workflows during live events.
Work across AWS media services to deliver well-architected content delivery solutions.
Interface with project managers to understand technical and operations requirements.
Collaborate with Product Managers to define customer requirements and solutions.
Oversee media delivery performance and diagnose complex video delivery issues.
Communicate with customers and internal teams during incidents and outages.
