Job summary

Genius Sports Group is seeking a Media Buying Cluster Lead to design, configure, and optimize campaigns across a global trading practice. You will own trading strategies, monitor performance, and deliver insightful client reports. You will manage a cluster of media buyers serving clients in real-money gaming and sports betting.

You will report to the VP of Programmatic Trading and collaborate with teams in London, Tallinn and Medellín, driving KPI outcomes and campaign architecture excellence.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of programmatic media buying or ad tech leadership.
• Experience with DSPs/SSPs and data-driven trading strategies.
• Strong ability to optimize campaigns and drive KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Own the performance of a media buying cluster across accounts.
• Lead onboarding and training for traders within the team.
• Develop campaign architectures, bidding and supply strategies.
• Produce detailed client reports on campaign performance.
• Drive lower-funnel outcomes and ROI across campaigns.
• Collaborate with global teams and liaise with planners.
