About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior Meta Media Buyer to help us scale from $5M+ in monthly ad spend while maintaining performance and margin discipline. You’ll be working side-by-side with our Head of Paid and creative team to launch, test, scale, and optimize Meta campaigns that drive real business growth.

You’ll own Meta ads end-to-end—from creative testing to budget allocation, audience strategy, and performance analysis. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives on performance, moves fast, and wants to help build something category-defining.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategize, launch, and manage high-scale Meta campaigns with precision and speed
  • Own creative testing frameworks—find hooks, angles, and formats that scale profitably
  • Analyze performance daily using MTA tools and internal dashboards to optimize CAC, spend efficiency, and scaling decisions
  • Collaborate with our creative and influencer teams to produce and test high-converting UGC and ad creative, with direct input into what gets made
  • Manage full campaign infrastructure: audiences, bidding (CBO/ABO), segmentation, and budget pacing
  • Track and report funnel performance across creative, landing pages, copy, and influencer campaigns
  • Have 3+ years managing Meta ads at scale ($1M+/mo)—ideally in DTC, CPG, or food/bev
  • Are analytical to the core—you live in dashboards, love data, and always seek signal
  • Have an entrepreneurial mindset—you think like an owner, move fast, and take initiative
  • Are systems-oriented & disciplined—you build repeatable processes and test frameworks, not chaos
  • Are coachable and collaborative—you’ll work closely with the Head of Paid and the broader marketing team
  • Can self-manage and execute with discipline, urgency, and precision
  • Communicate clearly—whether it’s a Slack message, a weekly report, or a Loom update
