In this role, you'll take charge of planning, executing, and optimizing multi-platform ad campaigns that drive measurable results. You'll leverage your expertise in programmatic advertising, negotiation, and data analysis to deliver exceptional ROI while mentoring junior team members. Key Responsibilities

a. Develop and execute performance-driven advertising strategies across Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, Instagram Ads, and StackAdapt.

b. Optimize ad placements using programmatic tools to maximize ROI and reach target audiences effectively.

c. Supervise and mentor junior team members, providing guidance on media buying strategies and campaign optimization techniques.

d. Conduct regular training sessions to enhance skill sets within the team.

Competitive Analysis & Innovation :

e. Analyze competitors' advertising strategies using tools like SEMrush or SpyFu to identify opportunities for differentiation.

f. Experiment with emerging platforms and innovative tactics to stay ahead of industry trends.

Data Analysis & Reporting :

g. Track performance metrics such as cost per lead (CPL), click-through rates (CTR), conversions, and sales generated.

h. Provide actionable insights based on data analysis to refine strategies continuously.

Qualifications

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in digital media buying across platforms like Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, Instagram Ads, or StackAdapt.
  • Strong expertise in programmatic advertising tools and competitive analysis platforms such as SEMrush or SpyFu.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets efficiently while meeting or exceeding KPIs.
  • Experience managing junior team members with a focus on mentorship and professional development.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
