Job summary

Suvi, an Akima company, seeks a Senior MECM/SCCM Administrator to join our Alexandria, VA team on a hybrid schedule. You will oversee enterprise Windows endpoint management, MECM/SCCM, and Intune implementations, including deployments, configurations, and reporting.

The role requires strong PowerShell skills, problem solving, and mentoring junior staff. You will troubleshoot complex endpoint issues, maintain security baselines, and coordinate with cybersecurity, AD, and infrastructure teams to

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field required.
• IAT Level II certification or equivalent.
• Demonstrated senior-level experience administering SCCM/MECM in an enterprise Windows environment.
• Strong Windows systems administration knowledge (Active Directory, Group Policy, patching).
• Proficiency with PowerShell for automation and diagnostics.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex endpoint management issues and serve as a technical escalation point.
• Experience with Intune and cloud-based endpoint management is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer MECM/SCCM infrastructure including client health, deployment, software distribution, inventory, and reporting.
• Package, test, deploy, monitor, and troubleshoot applications using MECM/SCCM and Intune Win32 capabilities.
• Create device collections, task sequences, configuration items, baselines, and deployment rules.
• Manage monthly Windows patching and vulnerability remediation with ADRs, maintenance windows, CMPivot, and reporting.
• Troubleshoot deployments, patch failures, client issues, policy conflicts, and configuration drift.
• Advance adoption of Intune and cloud-based endpoint management.
• Contribute to operational standards as endpoint management moves toward cloud.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity, AD, Group Policy, and infrastructure teams to resolve endpoint issues.
