Job summary

Suvi, an Akima company, seeks an experienced Configuration Management Administrator to manage SCCM/MECM and assist in migrating workloads to Microsoft Intune. You will work in a hybrid environment with cross‑functional teams to maintain endpoint services, ensure security compliance, and support transition to cloud management.

Qualifications

• 3+ years administering enterprise Windows endpoint-management services (SCCM/MECM, Intune).
• IAT Level II certification or equivalent.
• Microsoft 365 Endpoint Administrator Associate or ability to obtain within 6 months.
• Clearance requirements as per government contract.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support SCCM/MECM, including deployments, updates, collections, and reporting.
• Package and deploy Windows applications across endpoints.
• Execute and monitor Windows patching and update deployments.
• Support OS deployment including PXE, imaging, drivers, and sequencing.
• Create and maintain device collections, configuration items, and compliance baselines.
• Troubleshoot using logs, CMPivot, and PowerShell; maintain documentation.
• Coordinate with cybersecurity to remediate vulnerabilities and support Defender for Endpoint and security controls.
• Support Intune and co-management, including enrollment, policies, and phased migrations from SCCM/MECM to cloud.
