Job summary

Suvi, an Akima company, is seeking a Senior Administrator to join our Alexandria, VA team on a hybrid basis. The role focuses on MECM/SCCM and Intune administration, deployment, and ongoing optimization of enterprise Windows endpoint management.

The ideal candidate will lead troubleshooting, mentor staff, and coordinate with cybersecurity and AD teams to maintain secure, compliant endpoint services while expanding cloud-based management capabilities.

Qualifications

• Active Secret security clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
• IAT Level II certification or equivalent.
• Senior-level experience administering Microsoft SCCM/MECM in an enterprise Windows environment.
• Proficiency with PowerShell and endpoint administration tools.
• Ability to troubleshoot independently and mentor junior staff.

Responsibilities

• Administer, maintain, and troubleshoot MECM/SCCM infrastructure and endpoint management, including client health and software deployment.
• Package, test, deploy, monitor, and troubleshoot enterprise apps using MECM/SCCM and Intune Windows app capabilities.
• Create and maintain device collections, task sequences, configuration items, baselines, deployment rules, and related configs.
• Manage monthly Windows patching and vulnerability remediation using Update Groups and ADRs.
• Troubleshoot deployment, patch failures, policy conflicts, and endpoint compliance with logs and diagnostic tools.
• Advance adoption of Microsoft Intune and cloud-based endpoint management, including security baselines.
