Job summary

Suvi, an Akima company, is seeking a Microsoft Configuration Management Administrator to manage SCCM/MECM and guide the move to Intune and cloud-based endpoint management. The role requires collaboration with security, IT, and cloud teams to ensure compliant, reliable operations.

The position supports hybrid work in a US location with a competitive benefits package and ongoing certification opportunities. A Secret clearance is preferred, with 3+ years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in IT fields.
• 3+ years managing enterprise Windows endpoint services (SCCM/MECM, Intune).
• Active Secret security clearance.
• IAT Level II cert such as Security+ CE or equivalent.
• Certifications for Microsoft endpoint management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer SCCM/MECM including deployments, updates, collections, and baselines.
• Package and troubleshoot Windows applications across enterprise endpoints.
• Manage Windows patching and deployment with reported compliance.
• Support OS deployment, PXE, imaging, drivers, and deployment workflows.
• Create device collections, configuration items, and compliance baselines.
• Troubleshoot endpoint issues using logs, CMPivot, and PowerShell.
• Support Active Directory, Entra ID, GPO, and device lifecycle activities.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity to remediate vulnerabilities and enforce Defender for Endpoint.
• Assist migration to Microsoft Intune and cloud-based management.
• Automate routine tasks with PowerShell and maintain change records.

Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, cybersecurity, information systems, or related field
