Job summary

Agility Robotics is seeking a Senior Hardware Test Engineer to lead design verification testing for the humanoid arm subsystem and related electronics. You will own verification strategy, test infrastructure, and data-driven improvements in test coverage and design robustness in a hybrid role based in the San Francisco Bay Area.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in test engineering for robotics or complex hardware systems, with strong CAD (Creo) and EtherCAT experience, and proficiency in Python

Qualifications

• Experience in design verification testing for electromechanical systems.
• Experience with motor controllers, sensors, and end-effectors in robotics is preferred.
• Strong scripting and data analysis skills for test automation and results interpretation.

Responsibilities

• Own verification strategy for arm subsystem and components.
• Define verification plans, coverage goals, and test protocols across product lifecycle.
• Build repeatable test setups for electrical interfaces, actuators, sensors, and control electronics.
• Lead investigations of failures and drive corrective actions with design teams.
