Agility Robotics is seeking a Staff Robotics Architect - Electrical Hardware to lead the electrical architecture of our humanoid platforms. You will partner with systems, mechanical, software, perception, safety, and control teams to define and evolve architecture across products.

This senior role focuses on integrating sensing, compute, control, actuation and safety into scalable, reliable systems for our humanoid robots.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in robotics hardware development
• 5+ years in electrical system design including actuators, power, PCBA
• 3+ years firmware development from bare-metal to networked systems

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end robotics electrical system architecture for perception, compute, actuation, control and safety
• Provide technical direction across architecture teams and other functions
• Lead trade studies and architecture reviews balancing performance, safety, cost, and reliability
• Collaborate with software controls and simulation teams for system-level modeling and analysis
• Work with systems engineering, test, and integration to translate architecture into testable requirements
• Influence long-term roadmap by translating field data and R&D findings into architectural evolution
