Cushman & Wakefield Services is seeking a Senior Mechatronics & Robotics Technician in Alabama. You will lead service technicians in installing and repairing automated packaging equipment, design solutions for difficult problems, and manage projects across the Operations Maintenance Team.

You will mentor junior technicians, train contract staff, and ensure safe, efficient operation of conveyor and control systems while coordinating with the facility leadership.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 4+ years experience with material handling equipment (MHE) such as automated conveyors and controls.
• 4+ years experience conducting preventative maintenance.
• 4+ years experience reading blueprints and schematics.
• 3+ years experience with a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
• 2+ years experience with Programmable Logic Controls (PLC).
• Experience leading and mentoring technicians; vendor management experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office; ability to create and manage documents.
• Ability to work with flexible schedules.

Responsabilidades

• Promote a safe working environment by following safety procedures.
• Maintain and troubleshoot conveyor systems; install and troubleshoot control components.
• Create, assign, and close out work orders with labor hours, equipment maintenance, and parts used.
• Lead and audit preventative maintenance procedures; mentor junior technicians.
• Maintain positive working relationships across the Operations facility.
