Job summary
Cushman & Wakefield (C&W Services) is seeking a Senior Mechatronics & Robotics Technician in Haynesville, LA. You will lead technicians in installation and repair of automated packaging and distribution equipment, design solutions for complex problems, and manage projects within the Operations Maintenance team.
You will mentor junior technicians, conduct preventative maintenance, and ensure safety and efficiency across conveyor systems.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience reading blueprints and schematics.
- 4+ years of experience with material handling equipment (MHE) such as automated conveyors and controls.
- 3+ years of experience with a CMMS.
- 2+ years of experience with PLC programs.
- Experience mentoring and leading technicians.
- Vendor management experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead service technicians on installation and repair of automated packaging and distribution equipment.
- Design solutions and manage projects to support Operations Maintenance.
- Train and mentor junior and contract technicians.
- Create, assign, and close work orders with labor hours, equipment maintenance and parts data.
- Audit preventative maintenance procedures and ensure safety compliance.
