Cushman & Wakefield in Florida is seeking a Senior Mechatronics & Robotics Technician to lead service technicians in installing and repairing automated packaging and distribution equipment. You will design solutions, manage projects, and help train junior staff.

The role requires hands-on experience with conveyors, PLCs, CMMS, and blueprints, plus strong leadership. A safety-first mindset and ability to mentor teammates are essential in our fast-paced warehouse environment.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Electrical license/credentials (Licencia de Perito Electricista).
• 4+ years with material handling equipment (MHE) such as automated conveyors and controls.
• 4+ years of preventative maintenance experience.
• 4+ years reading blueprints and schematics.
• 3+ years with CMMS.
• 2+ years with PLC programs.
• Team lead capacity to mentor technicians.
• Vendor management experience.

Responsabilidades

• Safety: Promote a safe working environment by following all procedures.
• Maintenance: Maintain and troubleshoot conveyor systems; install and troubleshoot relay logic and control components.
• Monitoring: Create, assign, and close work orders with labor hours and parts data.
• Support: Lead and audit preventative maintenance; mentor junior technicians.
• Communication: Maintain positive relationships across the Operations facility.
