Job summary

Sr. Mechatronics & Robotics Technician at Cushman & Wakefield leads service technicians in the installation and repair of automated packaging and distribution equipment. You will design solutions for challenging problems and manage projects within the Operations Maintenance Team.

You will mentor junior technicians, train contract staff, and ensure safety procedures are followed across the facility. Strong communication is essential for coordinating across shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 4+ years experience with material handling equipment (MHE) such as automated conveyors and controls.
• 4+ years experience conducting preventative maintenance.
• 4+ years experience reading blueprints and schematics.
• 3+ years experience with a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
• 2+ years experience with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC) programs.
• Experience acting in a team lead capacity that supports, trains, and mentors less experienced technicians.
• Vendor management experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project, with the ability to create and manage documents effectively.
• Ability to work flexible schedules/shifts.

Responsibilities

• Design solutions for difficult maintenance problems and manage projects.
