Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Senior Mechatronics & Robotics Technician to lead a team responsible for installation and repair of automated packaging and distribution equipment. You will design solutions, manage projects, and mentor technicians to ensure reliable operations.

The role emphasizes safety, hands-on maintenance of conveyor systems, and collaboration with the Operations team. A strong background in MHE, PLCs, and CMMS is required.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience with material handling equipment (MHE) such as automated conveyors and controls.
• 4+ years of experience conducting preventative maintenance.
• 4+ years reading blueprints and schematics.
• 3+ years of CMMS experience.
• 2+ years experience with PLC programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train service technicians and contractors.
• Maintain and troubleshoot conveyor systems and related controls.
• Create and manage work orders with labor and parts data.
• Promote safety and mentor junior technicians to grow in their roles.
