Job summary

C&W Services is seeking a Senior Mechatronics & Robotics Technician to lead service technicians in installation and repair of automated packaging and distribution equipment. You will support the Operations Maintenance Team by designing solutions for difficult problems and managing projects.

You will help train and mentor technicians, maintain conveyor systems, troubleshoot controls, and ensure safety. The role requires hands-on expertise with PLCs, CMMS, blueprints, and cross-functional

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 4+ years with material handling equipment and automated conveyors.
• 4+ years preventative maintenance experience.
• 4+ years reading blueprints and schematics.
• 3+ years CMMS experience.
• 2+ years PLC programming experience.
• Experience leading and mentoring technicians.
• Vendor management experience.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Project.
• Ability to work flexible shifts.

Responsibilities

• Promote a safe working environment by following safety procedures.
• Maintain and troubleshoot conveyor systems and controls.
• Create, assign, close work orders with labor hours and parts data.
• Lead and audit preventative maintenance procedures; mentor juniors.
• Maintain positive working relationships across Operations facility.
