Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) seeks a Sr. Mechatronics & Robotics Technician to lead service technicians in installing and repairing automated packaging and distribution equipment. You will design solutions, manage projects, and mentor staff within the Operations Maintenance team.

You will train technicians, develop maintenance plans, and manage critical assets, with travel up to 20% and ability to lift up to 49 lbs. On-site in Theodore, AL.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Flexible schedules including weekends/nights/holidays.
• 3+ years of preventive maintenance experience.
• 3+ years of reading blueprints/schematics.
• 2+ years of work order management.

Aufgaben

• Promote a safe working environment by following all safety procedures.
• Maintain and troubleshoot all conveyor systems in the building.
• Lead and audit preventative maintenance procedures.
• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot relay logic, ladder diagrams, control components, sensors, and solenoids.
• Create and close out work orders with data including labor hours and parts used.
• Maintain positive working relationships across the Operations facility.
• Develop training plans for service technicians.
• Develop work plans for emergency repair of critical assets.
• Move up to 49lbs and stand/walk for shifts up to 12 hours, with/without accommodations.
• Travel up to 20%.
