Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking a Sr. Mechatronics & Robotics Technician to lead installation and repair of automated packaging equipment. You will support the Operations Maintenance team by designing solutions for complex problems and managing projects.

You will train and mentor service technicians, lead safety initiatives, and ensure effective maintenance of conveyors and controls. The role requires hands-on leadership and strong experience in mechanical/electrical systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associates degree or higher in Mechanical or Electrical fields preferred.
• 3+ years of preventive maintenance experience.
• 3+ years reading blueprints/schematics.
• 2+ years of work order management.

Responsibilities

• Lead service technicians on installation and repair of automated packaging and distribution equipment.
• Design solutions for difficult problems and manage projects.
• Train and mentor service and contract technicians.
• Promote safe working environment and maintain conveyor systems.
• Develop training plans and emergency repair work plans.
