Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is hiring a Sr. Mech & Robotics Technician to lead installation and repair of automated packaging and distribution equipment. You will design solutions for difficult problems and manage projects while mentoring technicians.

You will promote safety, troubleshoot conveyors and control systems, and create/close work orders. Travel up to 20% is required, with on-site duties in Gouldsboro, PA.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Experience with preventative maintenance in a manufacturing/industrial setting.

Responsibilities

Lead service technicians on installation and repair of automated packaging and distribution equipment.
Support Operations Maintenance by designing solutions and managing projects.
Train and mentor service and contract technicians.
Promote a safe working environment by following safety procedures.
Develop training plans for technicians and emergency repair work orders.
Travel up to 20% to support on-site maintenance and installations.
