Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) is seeking a Sr. Mechatronics & Robotics Technician to lead installation and maintenance of automated packaging and distribution equipment in Bondurant, IA.

You will guide service technicians, design solutions for complex problems, and support the Operations Maintenance team. The role requires strong mechanical and electrical skills, experience with conveyors, safety procedures, and the ability to travel up to 20%.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of preventive maintenance experience.
• 3+ years reading blueprints and schematics.
• 2+ years of work order management.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead service technicians in installation and repair of automated packaging equipment.
• Design maintenance solutions and manage service projects.
• Train and mentor technicians on site.
• Create and close out work orders with labor and parts data.
• Maintain conveyors and repair systems per safety standards.
