Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated in Nampa, Idaho seeks a Sr. Mech & Robotics Tech to lead service technicians in the installation and repair of automated packaging and distribution equipment. You will design solutions and manage projects for difficult problems, and mentor technicians to ensure quality maintenance.

Responsibilities include safety, conveyor system upkeep, preventative maintenance, and training plans. Travel up to 20% may be required; strong leadership and CMMS experience are a plus.

Qualifications

• Must have 3+ years of preventative maintenance experience.
• Experience reading blueprints/schematics and managing work orders.
• Associates or higher in mechanical/electrical field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead service technicians in installation and repair of automated packaging equipment.
• Design solutions and manage projects for maintenance challenges.
• Train and mentor service and contract technicians.
• Create and close work orders with labor hours, parts used.
