Job summary

C&W Services is seeking a Senior Mechatronics & Robotics Technician to lead service technicians in installing and repairing automated packaging and distribution equipment. You will design solutions, manage projects, train, and mentor staff.

You will oversee maintenance across conveyor systems, use CMMS and PLC programs, and ensure safety and efficiency in a dynamic facility. This full-time on-site role suits experienced technicians committed to quality and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 4+ years with material handling equipment (MHE) such as automated conveyors and controls.
• 4+ years of preventive maintenance experience.
• 4+ years reading blueprints and schematics.
• 3+ years CMMS experience.
• 2+ years Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC) programming.
• Experience as a team lead mentoring less experienced technicians.
• Vendor management experience.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project; able to manage documents.
• Ability to work flexible schedules/shifts.

Responsibilities

• Promote a safe working environment by following all safety procedures.
• Maintain and troubleshoot conveyor systems; install, maintain, and troubleshoot relay logic, ladder diagrams, control components, sensors, etc.
• Create, assign, and close out work orders with labor hours, equipment maintenance and parts used.
• Lead and audit preventative maintenance procedures; mentor junior technicians.
• Maintain positive working relationships across Operations facilities.
