Qualifications

• Background in precision motion control and testing of complex mechanisms.
• Experience with semiconductor equipment in cleanroom environments.
• Proficiency in Matlab/Simulink and Python for data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Perform controller tuning, performance characterization, and troubleshooting for a variety of precision mechanisms used in the generation of EUV light
• Define test specifications and select, procure, and assemble hardware for mechanism bench testing.
• Run experiments and drive the development of data collection and processing tools.
• Characterize motion performance and mechanism interactions at the integrated light source level.
• Use a combination of testing and analysis to understand observed behavior.
• Define and drive the implementation of improvements if needed.
• Work with a cross‑functional team to bring prototype systems online and participate in the testing of complex calibrations and algorithms.
• Follow the initial systems through Alpha test, delivery and Beta test at one or more customer sites.
