Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electro-mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 5+ years of engineering experience in electro-mechanical product development.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and enhance mechanical, electrical and electro-mechanical systems for power tools that meet customer needs and global standards.
• Prepare design concepts for analysis and rapid prototype validation.
• Lead projects with global cross-functional teams from concept to production launch.
• Coordinate testing and work with lab technicians to ensure test objectives are met.
• Develop and maintain documentation including layouts, drawings, specifications, BOMs, test plans and lab reports.
• Provide support to strategic sourcing partners, manufacturing, customer service, QA, and product management.
