Qualifications

• Knowledge of CAN message formatting and network topology for heavy-duty vehicles.
• Experience with medium/heavy-duty electrical systems and controls.
• Proven project management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Understanding of engineering and manufacturing processes and downstream impacts.

Responsibilities

• Lead a platform team to develop electrical and controls systems for school bus applications.
• Coordinate with internal departments and suppliers during product development and testing.
• Apply state-of-the-art vehicle developments and statistical/engineering techniques.
• Interface with regulation/compliance personnel to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Design with a focus on reliability, serviceability, and energy efficiency.
