Relativity Space is hiring a Senior Mechanisms Technician for first shift in Long Beach, CA. You will lead assembly and testing of Terran R mechanism assemblies to meet schedule, using precise instructions and a variety of hand tools and test equipment.

Expect a 50-hour week with overtime, collaborating with engineers and technicians to optimize build processes. Candidates should have 5+ years in aerospace mechanical roles and an A&P license or equivalent expertise.

Formación

• 5+ years aerospace mechanical experience or related field.
• Experience with flight hardware in fast-paced environments.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with engineering teams on building the 1st Terran R mechanism assemblies.
• Follow precise work instructions to successfully complete build operations.
• Assemble and test complex electro-mechanical assemblies using a variety of hand tools and test equipment.
• Work closely with a team of technicians to successfully execute daily operations.
