The role emphasizes reliability and performance testing to advance semiconductor technology. You will lead mechanical, environmental, and shock/vibration tests, develop new test methods, and communicate findings through detailed reports and presentations to cross-functional

Qualifications

• BS or MS in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years in engineering or R&D environment.
• Hands-on lab testing, troubleshooting setups, and data collection.
• Experience with shock and vibration testing (preferred).
• Strong data analysis using Excel; familiarity with Minitab or JMP.
• Creo or SOLIDWORKS experience a plus.
• Excellent communication and ability to work cross-functionally.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Characterize and analyze wafer/reticle handling products using lab equipment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support new product development and manufacturing.
• Lead mechanical, reliability, shock, vibration, and environmental testing projects.
• Develop and validate new test methods ensuring product reliability.
• Design, build, troubleshoot, and maintain lab equipment and test fixtures.
• Analyze test data, develop conclusions, and present findings in reports.
• Develop new methodologies to evaluate performance against customer requirements.
