M.C. Dean, Inc. is seeking a Mechanical Critical Facility Technician to maintain and repair complex HVAC systems in data centers, hospitals, and manufacturing plants. This role requires extensive experience with chillers, boilers, and BMS platforms, plus EPA 608 certification.

The position demands the ability to obtain a Secret clearance, strong CMMS skills, and hands-on experience with Niagara Tridium, Siemens, or Johnson Controls. Relocation may be required for mission-critical environments.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of work experience in a critical facility operation such as a data center or hospital.
• 3+ years of direct experience in a critical facility operation.
• Must pass the NITC Journey Level HVAC exam within the first year of employment.

Responsabilités

• Maintain and repair complex HVAC systems including chillers, boilers, CRAC/CRAH units, and air handling units.
• Install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems, pumps, valves, and piping.
• Troubleshoot hydraulic and pneumatic systems in mechanical equipment.
• Read and interpret mechanical, plumbing, and electrical diagrams for maintenance tasks.
• Utilize CMMS software to track, document, and manage work orders and maintenance activities.
