Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 10+ years’ work experience with 3+ years in critical facilities.
• Must be a U.S. citizen and able to obtain Secret clearance.
• EPA 608 certification required.
• Must pass NITC Journey-Level HVAC exam within first year of employment.

Responsibilities

• Operate, maintain, and repair complex HVAC systems (chillers, boilers, CRAC/CRAH, AHUs).
• Install, maintain, and repair minor plumbing (pumps, valves, piping).
• Troubleshoot hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Monitor and control environmental systems with BMS platforms like Niagara Tridium, Siemens, or Johnson Controls.
• Read and interpret mechanical, plumbing, and electrical diagrams.
• Use CMMS to track work orders and maintenance.
