Qualificações

• B.S. or M.S. in Mechanical Engineering or related technical discipline.
• 5–15 years of mechanical system design/analysis experience.
• Proficiency in SolidWorks for 3D modeling and drawings.
• Strong understanding of structural, thermal, and performance analysis.
• Experience with low-stress mounting or bonding techniques.
• Familiarity with simulation tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; team collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Lead or support the mechanical design of precision assemblies using SolidWorks.
• Integrate components into robust housings with proper alignment and tolerances.
• Collaborate with design engineers to meet performance and thermal requirements.
• Perform simulation and FEA to validate mechanical and thermal integrity.
• Develop and validate thermal models for high‑performance equipment.
• Design fixtures and tooling for precision assembly, test, and validation.
• Prepare technical reviews for customers and internal stakeholders.
• Support transitions from design to prototype and volume manufacturing.
• Evaluate materials, vendors, and suppliers based on technical capability and quality.
• Collaborate with Systems Engineering, Manufacturing, and Quality throughout product lifecycle.
