The ideal candidate will provide leadership and mentorship in a rapidly scaling aerospace manufacturing environment, encouraging innovative approaches while ensuring adherence to high standards in design and production.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on mechanical design experience delivering production machinery.
• Expert-level SolidWorks skills for large assemblies and complex parts.
• Deep command of GD&T and tolerance stack-ups.

Responsibilities

• Own mechanical systems architecture for automated production cells.
• Lead design reviews and mentor designers in the mechanical group.
• Integrate mechanical designs with automation and robotics.
