Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Senior Supplier Industrialization Engineer (Mechanical) to streamline the qualification and implementation of designs with suppliers. You will optimize for quality, cost, and lead time across the product lifecycle, coordinating with engineering, quality, and manufacturing to meet production goals.

Key duties include owning fabrication commodities, advancing tooling and capacity at supplier sites, and supporting SQE with root cause actions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, engineering, or related field.
• 6+ years of supplier quality and industrialization experience in manufacturing.
• Experience with mechanical fabrication, IPC standards, CAD, GD&T.
• Ability to travel at least 50% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage mechanical fabrication commodities to enable supplier production from NPI to full production.
• Support supplier quality in ensuring part quality criteria are met.
• Lead tooling, lines, and capacity readiness at supplier sites.
• Drive root cause investigation and corrective actions with suppliers.
• Establish SPC reviews and drive process improvements at supplier sites.
