Job summary

MSS Solutions, LLC is seeking a General Superintendent - Mechanical to lead on-site construction activities in line with contract documents and codes. The role demands strong leadership, coordination with Project Managers, and successful delivery of mechanical systems.

You will oversee safety, quality, and progress, manage subcontractors, and report weekly to the Field Ops Manager and Project Managers. A background in mechanical construction and OSHA 30 certification are preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a lead superintendent in construction.
• Proficient with Excel, Word, and Project.
• Knowledge of all construction phases, scheduling, and cost control.
• Strong technical and communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license and OSHA 30 certification.

Responsibilities

• Supervise construction per contract docs and codes.
• Document and maintain reports for delays and tie-ins.
• Lead and resolve disputes on site; inspire team.
• Maintain relationships with customers, subs, vendors.
• Quality assurance across MSS scope and schedule.
• Attend all inspections on projects assigned.
