Job summary

SCM Service - Controls - Maintenance is seeking a General Superintendent to oversee on-site mechanical construction operations. The role reports to the Mechanical Division Manager and works closely with Project Executives to ensure project objectives are met.

The candidate will supervise field personnel, manage scheduling and budgets, review blueprints and specifications, and uphold safety standards across projects. Travel to job sites is required as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of construction methods and codes.
• Experience reading blueprints, models and specs.
• Familiarity with OSHA and state safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise on-site operations for mechanical construction across projects.
• Plan, schedule, organize, coordinate and direct field personnel.
• Ensure QA/QC of prefabricated and installed work to meet scope and codes.
• Support Project Manager with project objectives and client relations.
• Enforce safety procedures and PPE requirements.
