Preston Recruitment is recruiting for an experienced Mechanical Superintendent to join a leading mechanical contractor on a 40MW data center project in the Phoenix area. The role leads all on-site mechanical construction activities, ensuring safety, quality and schedule adherence for the 250,000 sq ft facility.

You'll manage foremen, subcontractors and field personnel, coordinate installation sequencing and work planning, and support commissioning and project close-out with a long-term project

Qualifications

• Experience leading mechanical field operations on large construction projects.
• Strong focus on safety, quality and productivity on site.
• Experience coordinating mechanical installation sequencing and work planning.
