Preston Recruitment seeks a Mechanical Superintendent for a major data center project near Abilene, Texas. You will lead a large on-site mechanical team and coordinate with project management, subcontractors, and trades to deliver a billion-dollar facility.

You will oversee ~200 on-site personnel, supervise ~30 Foremen and lead workers, and ensure safety and quality standards while driving schedules and milestones.

Qualifications

• Experience leading large mechanical field teams on major construction projects.
• Journeyman plumbing background is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage on-site mechanical team of about 200 personnel.
• Directly supervise around 30 Foremen, Leads and Key Personnel.
• Coordinate manpower, productivity and installation sequencing.
• Drive project schedules and milestone delivery.
• Maintain exceptional safety and quality standards.
• Mentor future field leaders.
