Qualifications

• Ten years of experience in the electrical industry including two years as a foreman.
• Must be able to work outdoors in all weather conditions and physically demanding environments.
• High School or GED with extensive field experience and advanced training in the discipline.
• Willingness to travel 100% to project sites.

Responsibilities

• Maintain ethical and motivated project teams and lead site operations.
• Develop the estimate and integrated project plan with the project team.
• Coordinate with owners, contractors, and design professionals to resolve construction issues.
• Direct daily activities to align with the plan and monitor progress.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
