You will partner with Client Success to meet expectations and guide clients through capital project life cycles. The role emphasizes collaboration with operations, engineering, and estimating teams, with a strong focus on repeat business and long-term client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Extensive background in mechanical/electrical capital projects and construction.
• Strong ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Experience guiding projects from opportunity to delivery with a consultative approach.
• Ability to forecast capacity and align opportunities with delivery constraints.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with client success teams to identify and pursue new opportunities for mechanical and electrical projects.
• Understand client objectives and provide solutions that align with their goals.
• Coordinate with operations to establish strategic priorities and ensure accurate workforce forecasting.
• Conduct site visits and gather data for accurate project estimates.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates and scope documents.
• Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to ensure feasibility and compliance.
• Stay current on industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
• Provide guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead cross-functional teams to scope, price, and deliver client solutions.
