Job summary

ICEYE is seeking a Senior Mechanical R&D Test Engineer to lead the mechanical AIT for its new optical spacecraft generation. • Hands-on experience with mechanical AIT and test campaigns.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Comfort working under pressure with tight timelines.
• Experience with vibration testing and mechanical validation of hardware, MGSE design.

Responsibilities

• Execute qualification and acceptance vibration tests for satellites, and build the satellite-level qualification mass model.
• Design, build, and maintain MGSE for the new generation of spacecraft.
• Lead flight model integration, create AIT procedures, and train the production team.
• Feed test findings back to design teams and drive design changes.
