Qualifications

• Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Robotics, Precision Engineering, or closely related field.
• Hands-on experience designing, fabricating, and evaluating precision mechanical or electro‑mechanical systems.

Responsibilities

• Invent and demonstrate novel mechanical/electro‑mechanical mechanisms from concept through production designs.
• Own and drive system‑level architecture integrating mechanical, optical, electrical, thermal, and software subsystems.
• Design, build, and demonstrate prototypes across mechanism to full system level.
• Collaborate with Optical, Electrical, and Software Engineers and external researchers.
