Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced Senior Quality Assurance Project Manager, Mechanical, to join the Data Center Construction team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience supporting large-scale construction projects and will work on-site with stakeholders to ensure design standards and governance are applied correctly.

Responsibilities include managing multiple projects, providing technical support to owners, and producing formal status reports while coordinating with vendors

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, mechanical engineering, or equivalent.
• Minimum 5–7 years of project management experience with mechanical systems.
• Experience with BMS controls and commissioning in data centers.
• Proficiency with construction documents, submittals and RFIs.
• Proficiency with Procore, Smartsheets, and other PM tools.

Responsibilities

• Effectively manage and collaborate with project stakeholders.
• Monitor multiple construction projects to ensure standards.
• Provide technical support to owners, architects, contractors and regional stakeholders.
• Prepare formal project status reports and other reports as required.
• Manage interface between suppliers through monthly trackers and weekly reviews.
• Forecast and update key project milestones.
