• Strong organizational and collaborative skills.
• Experience in design/construction with mechanical or BMS controls.
• Experience with commissioning in data centers or vendor support.

Responsibilities

• Manage and collaborate with project stakeholders.
• Communicate across the team to ensure delivery to the client.
• Analyze milestones to avoid schedule slips.
• Ensure governance, processes, and systems are used.
• Produce formal status reports and cost control analyses.
• Oversee multiple construction projects and interface with suppliers.
• Forecast and update key milestones; monitor design teams.
