The Senior Project Manager will work closely with Project Managers, Project Engineers, Superintendents, field leadership, customers, general contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors to successfully deliver profitable, high-quality mechanical projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and provide senior-level oversight of multiple mechanical projects concurrently from planning through completion and closeout.
  • Balance project priorities, schedules, customer requirements, manpower, procurement, and financial performance across a portfolio of active projects.
  • Develop and manage project budgets, forecasts, schedules, cost projections, cash flow, billing, collections, and profitability.
  • Track and manage submittals, schedules of values, RFIs, progress billings, change orders, permits, and project documentation.
  • Develop scopes of work and manage purchase orders for subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors.
  • Coordinate scheduling, engineering requirements, material control, equipment, and field resources.
  • Work closely with Trade Superintendents and field leadership to coordinate manpower and ensure projects have appropriate supervision and resources.
  • Monitor project costs, productivity, forecasts, and profitability and quickly address projects that are trending outside expectations.
  • Prepare accurate monthly and quarterly project projections.

  • Maintain timely billing, collections, change order processing, and project closeout across multiple active projects.
  • Identify project risks and proactively resolve issues affecting budget, schedule, quality, safety, or customer commitments.
  • Establish and maintain strong working relationships with field trades personnel, customers, general contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors.
  • Maintain frequent and professional communication with customers regarding project status, scheduling, changes, and expectations.
  • Identify additional project opportunities with existing customers and support the development of new customer relationships.
  • Help develop long‑term customer relationships that generate repeat mechanical project opportunities.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to Project Managers, Project Engineers, Superintendents, and field personnel.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation across all assigned projects.
