Lee Company is seeking an experienced leader to oversee safety, financial performance, and project resourcing for its Special Projects Group. The role involves assigning projects, closing out work, and recruiting field staff and managers while guiding strategic sales and staff leadership.

The candidate should have a strong background in construction/account management, excellent communication, and proven integrity and strategic thinking to drive growth and safety across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction, Engineering or Finance preferred.
• 8+ years construction and/or account management experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; able to be trained in company software.
• Field operations experience in construction.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safety awareness across projects.
• Drive top and bottom line financial performance.
• Assign projects and close out completed work.
• Recruit field employees and managers for projects.
• Provide high-level strategic sales and leadership.
• Resource the Special Projects Group and guide staff.
